The Fall was a great season for the Nike ACG Air Mowabb. Both its “Birch” and “Twine” colorways made a sudden return, setting up a much larger comeback for the silhouette. And it seems that is soon to unfold as the brand has recently unveiled a new militaristic take on the beloved Tinker Hatfield design.
“Off Noir,” which tonally stands between a black and grey, is used heavily throughout the upper. Many of the fixtures, like the profile’s paneling, perforated toe, and rubber heel piece, are dyed as such, contrasting the olive hits that dress adjacent. While far more subtle relative to its darker counterpart, the green is used in more various ways. It threads the ACG/Swoosh embroideries and speckles the toe, all while also accenting the elastic portions of the collar and the sole’s cushioning.
Enjoy a close-up look at this upcoming Mowabb below and sit tight as we await their Nike.com release.
