The San Diego Padres superstar, fresh off his third season in the MLB, is undoubtedly one of the faces of the league in both present and future. A true five-tool player with a glove as flashy as his bat is powerful, Tatis Jr. is a true generational talent that can anchor the offense and defense of a World Series contender. The So-Cal team looked like a strong candidate to come out of the NL, but a post-All-Star Break slump changed the tune fo their 2021 season.
However, Tatis Jr. enjoyed his best season yet, placing third in NL MVP votes while smashing 42 home-runs.
