Jovani Hernandez The Nike Waffle One might be due up for a design update, but it’s joining the “Go The Extra Smile” club in its tried-and-proven arrangement.
Already boasting handfuls of Air Max-cushioned silhouettes, the capsule provides vibrantly-colored takes created under a clever play on words. The Waffle One’s entry has already appeared in Grade School sizing, but the fact that it’s surfaced in adult sizes suggests the aforementioned collection will arrive for the whole family. Nylon and suede materials divvy up the upper, which follows a yellow and black color scheme. Thematic details appears on the profile swooshes, sock-liner and midsole, the most latter detail complemented by fan-favorite gum brown outsoles.
No official Nike.com release date has been confirmed by the brand, but that’s likely to change in the first-half of the new year.
