Of all the transformed Forums that we’ve witness thus far, few can top Kerwin Frost’s ghastly “Humanchive” interpretation of late 2021. Bold designs such as that can overshadow some of the brand’s other work, like the well-received Triple Platforum, a stacked iteration that greatly appealed to the female audience. With some in-line drops already materializing and collaborations, adidas is heading into 2022 some more impressive offerings.
Seen here is a nearly all-black take on the platformed shoe, but with magnetic buckles at the midfoot and red accents on the uppermost lace eyelets. The use of this hardware suggests a hiking direction, although the all-black and faintly iridescent exteriors lend to more of a fashionable route. Either way you lace them, you can’t go wrong.
