Nothing screams fashion of the yester-decades like some bleached denim, right? for this upcoming Nike Blazer Mid ’77, the Swoosh is channeling the style of the late 1970s by covering the old-school basketball lifestyle shoe with a bleached denim material. The upper, outer foxing, toe-cap, and lace collar all feature swatches of this treated denim twill material, while the Swoosh logo is kept clean and simple with white canvas. In fact, it’s the same material used in the upcoming “Heavy” colorway of the Concepts Air Max 1.

Add in the exposed sponge interior of the tongue and the classic vulc sole, and you have the perfect sneaker option if you’re looking to turn back the clock on your OOTD. The interior lining, however, isn’t the soft mesh we see in the standard Blazer Mid ’77s, but rather a finer material that may be a soft synthetic leather.

This Blazer Mid ’77 “Bleached Denim” is set to release on Nike.com and Nike Sportswear retailers soon.
