The Jumpman Refreshes The Air Jordan 1 Mid “Tie-Dye” Right In Time For Spring

Today’s weather — in New York City, at least — was one of the earliest signs of Spring, as the temperature finally reached just under 70 degrees. And it’s safe to say everyone is getting prepared for the season, including Jordan Brand. Soon, the Jumpman will offer a brand new take on the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Tie-Dye,” this time opting for a color blocking more reserved than its original counterpart.

Most of the colorway, which bears a strong resemblance to the Air Jordan 4 “Zen Master,” is actually bereft of loud hues. The overlays (Swoosh included) are suited up in black, its leathers smooth all through the profile. A white base lays underneath in the same material, matching the midsole but not its tread nor the dark shade of the laces and tongue. Especially disparate are the heel and Jumpman branding: the latter in its solid pink finish and the former in its pastel-dominant tie-dye.

For a closer look at this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid, check out the official images below. Currently, a release date is TBD, but we should learn more about the pair’s Nike.com release within the coming months.

In other news, the season just got even better with the appearance of the Dunk Low Easter.
