Sneaker News Kawhi Leonard’s 2021-2022 season was pretty much a mulligan, with his absence essentially squashing the Clippers’ championship hopes. However, the Klaw will be ready to go for the next season, which will be the first time he’ll lace up his New Balance KAWHI 2 signature shoe for the first time.
For now, the former Finals MVP will be looking towards summer hooping and further rehabilitation to get his body right, and he could be lacing up the all-new “Ocean Blue” colorway that draws in nautical themes. The crisp, aquatic blue and bright orange are common colors seen in sailing gear, while the flags on the tongue represent a regular tradition in the sailing world.
