Michael Le With the Waffle One, Nike brought sacai flavor to one of their most beloved, time-honored runners. And now, the brand is attempting to recreate magic with the retro-themed Air Pegasus ’83, albeit in a way much more subtle.
Second to a blue colorway revealed late April, this iteration takes the same construction and applies a new set of colors. Here, green takes the helm, dressing the nylon across both the base and tongue. Adjacent, the lining tonally follow suit, bordering a series of white and black leathers, both of which collide via the dual Swooshes. Grind Rubbers add a sustainable element underfoot, and new, vintage-inspired branding marks the heel tab and tongue.
