Jovani Hernandez After months of anticipation, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Varsity Red” is finally releasing in Women’s and Kids’ sizes on July 23rd.
A collegiate-spin on Michael Jordan’s original signature model, the upcoming retro indulges in a team-friendly red and “Light Iron Ore” combination, with the latter tone taking over smooth leather collar panels. “White” covers most of the remaining construction, but is overshadowed by the Chenille fabric that makes up the profile swooshes à la letterman varsity jackets. Included “NIKE AIR” hang-tags also feature the fuzzy material, further expanding the Air Jordan 1’s design catalog. Additionally, the three-tone retro is set to appear in Preschool and Toddler sizing, allowing for even the smallest of sneaker enthusiasts to enjoy in the refreshing ensemble.
