Michael Le After dressing the Air Jordan 1 Mid with holographic imagery, embroidered vines, and wear-away uppers, Jordan Brand is once again falling back on basics, opting for a relatively standard colorway helmed by “Court Purple.”
Similar to the “Green/Black” unveiled at noon, this pair’s base is clad entirely in black. The toe box, mid-panel, and collar are all dyed in said neutral, as are adjacent details like the tongue and lining. Over top, “Court Purple” finishes many of the overlays — e.g. the Swoosh, toe cap, heel flap — as well as the laces, Jumpman branding, and the bottom of the white-walled sole unit.
Official images of this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid can be found below. These are likely to hit Nike.com and select retailers within the next few months, so sit tight.
In unrelated news, Yeezy Day 2022 is this Monday.
