Nike has brought out a number of classics for 2022, rekindling interest in silhouettes like the Air Huarache. And by the end of the year, the Tinker Hatfield-designed silhouette will have seen everything from new, Mowabb-inspired styles to much-beloved OG colorways like the “Emerald/Resin,” the latter of which has just surfaced via official images.
Recreating the past in a spec relatively faithful, the 2022 Retro sports all of the same materials and colors used over three decades ago. The neoprene base, for starters, alternates in shades of White, Emerald, and Resin, with the neutral also dressing the leathers across the toe and side. Behind, the heel cage opts for blue along its rear-most section, while the rest flaunts shades of black, matching that of the logo patch on the tongue as well as the tread underfoot.
At the time of writing this, no firm release date has been reported. Until one is announced, sit tight and enjoy an official look at the Nike Air Huarache “Emerald/Resin” via the imagery below.
In other news, official images of the Air Max 97 Silver Bullet have also surfaced.
