Following the pattern set by its predecessors, the Jordan Two Trey is adopting yet another iconic colorway from the brand’s historic catalog. This time around, the reconstructed colorway harkens back to the famed “Shattered Backboard” Air Jordan 1.
The opposing smooth and cracked leather panels of the upper – inspired by both the AJ 6 and AJ 7 – are primarily coated in a crisp white while the underlying mesh construction of the collar renders the typically dominant black shade. The signature “Starfish” orange hue forgoes its usual mainstay, instead rendered as an accent along the tongues upper, rear pull tab and forefoot eyestays. Modeled after the AJ 11’s outsole, the tread of the in-line colorway is outfitted in a semi-translucent smoke grey with hits of tangerine and golden yellow. Concluding the amalgamation of past silhouettes, a multitude Jumpman logos appears in the presiding tonal spectrum.
