A Medley Of Violets Joins The New Balance 2002R Protection Pack

A Medley Of Violets Joins The New Balance 2002R Protection Pack

Heralded as a top performer in the brand’s extensive catalog of sleek silhouettes, the New Balance 2002R has continued to enjoy reserved releases of its revered “Protection Pack” featuring ripped up and exposed uppers. Having already transitioned the 2021 release into the past year with a new batch of colorways, the Boston-based brand is looking to cover all its bases as Fall 2022 quickly approaches; images of the latest proposition of the purposefully unfinished silhouette have recently surfaced.

Featuring a medley of toned down pastels, the jagged edges and shaggy suede construction of the upper panels are doused in a combination of Dark Violet and Lilac while the underlying mesh offering emanates a “Mauve” hue along the heel counter and forefoot. Stitched with cream trim, the “N” logo mirrors the former color spectrum. The soft-hued makeup is livened by dark grey accents gracing the heel’s midsole, sock liner and upper tongue as additional forefoot overlays garner similar shading. Rounding out the design for a balanced light shading, a cream N-ERGY midsole and laces concludes the most recent addition to the stripped down pack.

Enjoy recently emerged images of the New Balance 2002R Protection Pack “Mauve” while we anticipate further release details in the coming weeks.

For more N-branded footwear, Navy and Maroon accents appear on the latest New Balance 550.
