Nike Brings Back The Zoom Vomero 5 In Oatmeal Tones

Back in 2018, A-COLD-WALL ushered in the return of the Nike Zoom Vomero 5. And soon after the collaboration’s release, the footwear brand delivered inline versions of the silhouette, which forgoed the protruding heel piece signature to Samuel Ross’ reimagining.

Since late 2020, there’s been little in the way of releases for the Zoom Vomero 5. But it seems that’s soon to change, as official images of a brand new colorway — the “Oatmeal” — have just surfaced. Cream tones are rife throughout this upcoming pair, with the aforementioned pantone taking the helm throughout the upper’s leather, mesh, and TPU fixtures. Pops of “Pale Ivory” and “Sail” are used in conjunction, while “Light Chocolate” and bright blues contrast across the top and bottom half of the sole unit, respectively. In addition, the midsole is finished with a unique patina that emulates the look of vintage sneakers.
