Jared Ebanks Since his inclusion to their budding hoops roster, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has seemingly done more damage in the streetwear lane and arena tunnel walks than on the hardwood with Converse as his Chase The Drip collection has graced a multitude of Pro Leather silhouettes, Chuck 70’s and most recently, the molded high rise midsole of the Run Star Motion.
Having provided peaks to the models titular color scheme through his Instagram over the past few months, Gilgeous-Alexander’s latest lifestyle offering employs the aesthetic of a sandy beach meeting the ocean with the canvas construction of the models top half rendering a “Bio Beige” shade in addition to color-matched eyelets, laces and mudguards. Providing a darker accent the leather embossed ankle logo bears a “Khaki” coloring alongside the nylon vertical branding of the heel and tongue. The mainstay attraction of the model flaunts an ever-vibrant “Italy Blue” cascading across the molded, chunky CX Foam-infused midsole and jagged tread underfoot completing the luminous proposition.
