The BAPE STA™ Returns In Two “Snakeskin” Styles On November 5th

feature image

A BATHING APE® continues to celebrate over two decades of its BAPE STA™ silhouette by unveiling a duo of “Snakeskin” styles set to drop on November 5th.

While the reptilian choice isn’t new to the Japanese imprint’s 1980s basketball sneaker design, the upcoming offerings resemble a once-Japan-exclusive take on the Nike Air Force 1. Nevertheless, profile star logos make the two pairs unquestionably BAPE, with overlays throughout both styles donning either brown or grey finishes. Lace dubraes take on a shimmering metallic silver finish and the shape of the streetwear pioneer’s famous APE HEAD logo. Underfoot, sole units opt for a two-tone arrangement that covers the traction in a pitch-dark look.

Enjoy images of both pairs ahead, and find the shoes via US.BAPE.COM on Saturday, November 5th.
