New Balance Dresses Up The 9060 In Green And Purple

With its retooled racing silhouettes from the 90’s and early 2000’s dominating the lifestyle space, New Balance has since turned to melding the aforementioned constructions for modernized offerings rooted in aesthetic of the y2k era. Reinterpreting the classic design elements of the 99X series, the New Balance 9060 is taking on a green and violet scheme akin to the Incredible Hulk.

Coating both its smooth and hairy suede overlays in a dominant “Nightwatch Green” treatment, a dull “Vintage Indigo” contrasts the titular upper through its underlying mesh base for the start of a playful tonal pairing. Further emboldening the upper, midfoot “N” logos render a vibrant “Electric Purple” hue that additionally renders along its medial side’s embroidered counterpart alongside both the tongue and heel tabs branding. While bright yellow “NEW BALANCE” text is scrawled across the heel counters, the model tones itself down with shadow grey nubuck panels and laces while taupe and tan shades collect along the midsole affixed with lasting neon green embellishments.

Set to release on November 5th in Japan, enjoy official images of the New Balance 9060 “Nightwatch Green” below while we sit tight on news regarding a stateside release.

In other news, the Air Jordan 37 is set to take on the Chicago Bull’s color scheme.
