Tooled for the game’s paint occupiers and rim protectors, the Nike Cosmic Unity 2 continues to uphold the Beaverton-based brand’s sustainability initiative on the hardwood next to its GT Cut, Run and Jump series. Widely adorned within the women’s basketball community, the latest on-court offering ensues in an Oregon Duck-esque outfit with the college season residing just around the corner.

Centering its knit upper in a grey and black outfit accented by an embroidered metallic trim, the latter shade fills the collar above while a speckled “Shadow Grey” ensues across the adjacently placed mudguard. By way of its mesh panels, laces and Air Strobel infused midsole, a dominant treatment of mint green lays claim to the silhouette for a tasteful pairing with the presiding greyscale scheme. The tongue however, enjoys a more boisterous fit, bearing titular yellow shades that additionally indulge in the black pull tabs text and pinwheel logo. Underfoot, the established green and yellow hues mix with orange across the midfoot Swooshes whereas the tread concludes with a green and grey tie-dye finish.
