Jared Ebanks Each year The Swoosh pays special care to its Lunar New Year celebration, so far enacting the Chinese celebration onto the Dunk High, Air Max TW and Air Max 90 Futura. Continuing its reach across the disparate AIR-infused tooling of its extensive roster of silhouettes, the Nike Air Huarache Craft is next up to dawn the titular multi-color scheme.
Before exploring the Eastern-influenced prints employed, a neutral-toned palette first extends across the crisp white vamp, mudguard and wavy overlay, underscored by a thick cream panel underneath. Underfoot, a clad “Sail” sole unit further reserves the overall proposition before the forefoot’s embroidered orange Swoosh lays in stark contrast to the opposite end’s speckled jet-black heel counter and pull tabs. Peaking through the neoprene sock construction and heel, the latter prints emanate from underneath the latest offerings reserved panels while a suede orange tab and micro white Swoosh are added to the collar in conclusion.
