The Air Jordan 2 has made a long overdue return this year, with its original “Chicago” colorway to be reissued in just a few week’s time. And in 2023, we can expect even more from MJ’s second signature, including the “Cement Grey,” images of which have just surfaced following its reveal back in November.
Compared to the mock-ups shared last month, not much is different with the actual colorway of the Air Jordan 2 “Cement Grey.” Here, the titular neutral dresses much of the shoe’s accents, from the Wings logo along the tongue to the piping that runs the length of the shoe. Underneath, smooth and textured leathers are clad in white, complementing both the aforementioned shade as well as the hits of “Sail” that brush the midsole and lower heel.
Enjoy a close-up, detailed look at the Air Jordan 2 “Cement Grey” right here. At the time of writing this, these are expected to release on May 6th, 2023.
In other news, the Travis Scott Air Jordan 1 Low Black/Phantom is releasing this week.
UPDATE Jan. 17, 2023:
New images of the Air Jordan 2 retro have been added ahead, courtesy of Instagram user @sameoldsneakers. According to @sameoldsneakers, the pair’s titular color is “Neutral Grey,” not “Cement Grey” as initially reported.
