Official Images Of The Air Jordan 9 “Light Olive”

feature image

Jordan Brand has spared very little attention for the Air Jordan 9, offering up only a few colorways this past year. 2023 may see a change, though, starting with the silhouette’s now officially-revealed “Light Olive” colorway.

First leaked late last June, the Air Jordan 9 “Light Olive” kickstarts the signature’s 30th Anniversary, drawing clear design cues from the Olive 9s that originally debuted in 1993. Much like said classic, this pair’s suede mudguard is clad in the titular green, while the rest of the construction — from the leather upper to the tongue and laces — opt for a dark black finish. And though similar in this respect, the branding elsewhere distinguishes the 2023 offering from its inspiration, as the Jumpman logos and accompanying emblems alternate between purple and blue.

For a closer, official look at the upcoming Air Jordan 9 “Light Olive,” see below. According to previous reports, these are expected to release on January 7th, 2023.

In other news, the Undefeated Air Jordan 37 is landing soon.
