Michael Le Whenever Lunar New Year comes around, the entire sneaker industry comes together in celebration, prepping countless styles inspired by the culture’s twelve zodiac animals. Jordan Brand, too, is helping commemorate the upcoming “Year of the Rabbit,” doing so with everything from the Air Jordan 1 Low to the Air Jordan 37.
Comprised of seven sneakers so far, Jordan Brand’s “Year of the Rabbit” collection spans a number of different models. The Air Jordan 23, for starters, is returning in honor of the occasion, joining a commemorative colorway of the newly-reissued Jordan Legacy 312. And though among the footwear brand’s newer offerings, the accompanying Air Jordan 37, Luka 1, and Air Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT are complementary to the aforementioned pairs in palette and design, incorporating muted shades of green, auspicious hits of red and gold, and graphic nods to the furry zodiac. Rounding out the pack are the Air Jordan 1 Low and Air Jordan 1 Low Elevate, both of which are limited to only 5,000 pairs.
