Teddy Santis’ “Made in USA” collection continues to breathe diversified life into New Balance’s extensive archives with the NB 990v3 presiding as one of the Boston brand’s most influential silhouettes. While the third volume in the heralded 990 series has been called upon in seldom, the ADL founder’s aforementioned inline collection is set to receive an influx in efforts.
Engaging in the same tonal palette extended across the model’s “Chocolate Brown” fall-centric ensemble from yesteryear, the latter hue instead rendered as an accent along the vamp and heel counter overlays while a neutral tan encompasses the mesh base layer. While “Olive Green” took the place of the brown-treated accents in the past, the faded feature enjoys a much more striking ensemble touching down along the nubuck mudguard, smooth leather upper and laces whereas the pair’s former base layer now casts its vibrant purple treatment across the mesh tongue and heel collar. Infusing a medley of white, cream and grey amidst the sole unit, the sock liner’s vibrant orange outfit and silvery tongue tab remain untouched in conclusion.
While we anticipate a February release date, enjoy official images of the New Balance 990v3 Made In USA “Olive” below in the meantime.
In other news, the official imagery of the Nike LeBron 20 “All-Star” has recently landed.
