Making its way from the trash heap to the hardwood, the Nike Cosmic Unity, which first began its journey back in 2021, is seeing yet another successor in 2023. Aptly named the Cosmic Unity 3, this upcoming performance model was first leaked during the second week of this month, with a second, more inspiring colorway appearing in the midst of the All-Star Weekend hype.
A bit more energetic relative to its earlier-revealed counterpart, this Nike Cosmic Unity 3 — ostensibly dubbed the “As One We Win” — pairs inspiring messages with bold, lively colors. A vibrant orange sets the tone for the entire look, marking the pull-tabs as well as the textiles that run from the heel through the profile and back around. Above, pinks serve as the center for a multi-color weave, while the below incorporates mint-like accents atop a predominantly white midsole. Finally, the shoe’s theme is threaded into the side in black, matching adjacent fixtures like the outsole, tongue, and the like.
