From the return of the Nike Air Ship to the upcoming Nike SB x Air Jordan 4, “Pine Green” hues have overtaken the Beaverton brand’s 2023 offerings. Next up, the forestry shade provides a primary accent to Don C’s collaborative Jordan Legacy 312.
Infusing elements from three iconic silhouettes worn throughout the early years of MJ’s career – the AJ 1, AJ3 and the rare appearance of the Nike Alpha Force Low – the latest low-top effort reserves its staple elephant print exclusively for the heel counter in contrast to past efforts that saw the latter stretch to the forefoot wings. Elsewhere the pair embarks on a lightened take on the iconic color blocking, exercising crisp white leather uppers contrasted in seldom along the jet-black Swoosh and heel mudguard. Mirroring its recent “Lucky Green” Air Jordan 2 with its inclusion of a greyscale tread, vibrant green accents consume the sock liner, tongue trim, mid-foot overlay and branding atop the forefoot strap and Jumpman affixed to the heel for an illuminated finish.
While we await news regarding the pair’s expected release date, in the meantime enjoy official images of the Jordan Legacy 312 “Pine Green” below.
