Debuted with the help of Joe Freshgoods, the New Balance 90/60 has been quietly accruing a sizable release roster. For its latest ensemble, the “retrofuturist” design has taken on “Sea Salt” and “Blue” tones.
Informed by NB 990 heritage, the silhouette features a breathable mesh base overlaid with a number of suede panels from toe to spine. The porous, performance-related material takes on light blue and pink colors, with the latter hue appearing on the medial side. Varying shades of brown take on the majority of the overlays across the upper, while branding and supporting accents around the heel prefer a simple grey look. Underfoot, the New Balance offering rounds out the spring-friendly outfit with a rugged sole unit donning off white and speckled grey finishes.
Enjoy detailed looks at the pair ahead, and anticipate a newbalance.com launch soon for $150 USD.
