Michael Le Following its introduction back in 2021, the adidas NMD S1 offered no shortage of releases, both collaborative and inline alike. More is certainly in the works for 2023: alongside teaming up with the likes of Moncler, the silhouette will be further expanding upon its GR catalog with an understated “Wonder Taupe/Bliss Orange” colorway.
Previewed here via official images, this general release rendition of the adidas NMD S1 is a soft departure from styles past. Though designed in much the same way, leaning on a minimal palette, the pair is comprised of colors new to the silhouette. “Wonder Taupe” takes the helm, outfitting the midsole as well as the knit upper, while “Bliss Orange” comes in along the back heel as well as the mostly hidden branding.
