The PUMA Super Clyde Contrasts Its Clad “Evergreen” Upper With “Sun Ray Yellow”

Celebrating its 50th anniversary in a myriad of collaborative ensembles, the PUMA Clyde has been hesitant to explore its own general release colorways removed from the banner of global fashion houses. However recently, the Walt Frazier synonymous silhouette dressed in a tonal “Evergreen” association expanding its roster of inline offerings.

While the mid-foot side stripe and heel’s “P” logo is clothed in a vibrant “Sun Ray Yellow” the silhouette’s true highlights ring true throughout the rugged suede treatment applied to the toe cap and tongue construction while a flattened fabric consumes the remainder of the upper. Color-matching the monochromatic association through its rubber sole unit, leather sock liner and nylon laces, a chenille varsity-style PUMA Panther motif provides a playful update to the clad-colored proposition.
