It’s no secret that the Jordan 6 Rings references the six Air Jordan sneakers in which Michael Jordan won his six NBA championships. Over the years, however, the hybrid design has also taken on color schemes associated with “His Airness”‘s signature sneaker line.
As spring gets going, the model has appeared in a “White,” “Black,” and “Lucky Green” style reminiscent of a women’s Air Jordan 3 set to drop soon. The bulk of the pair indulges in a clean monochromatic look that allows for the slightest of contrast to shine. Lace toggles, heel components, and the Air Jordan 13-informed midsole opt for a Boston Celtics-friendly green that’s perfect for the sunnier months of the year. Detailing underfoot also animates the kid’s offering while further expanding Jordan’s legacy off the court.
Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, in Men’s and Grade School sizing. No firm nike.com launch date has been shared by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon.
In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 11 is expected to drop in new styles throughout the year.
