Nike’s “Unlock Your Space” Collection Gives The Air Force 1 Low Semi-Translucent Midsoles

Nike’s “Unlock Your Space” Collection Gives The Air Force 1 Low Semi-Translucent Midsoles

The Nike Air Force 1 Low has helped popularize several of the company’s innovations over the years. For its latest ensemble, Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design doesn’t feature new construction, but champions a fresh “Unlock Your Space” theme.

Part of Nike Sportswear’s seasonal offerings, the “Unlock Your Space” concept previously appeared on other beloved silhouettes – including the Air Max 1. Seemingly a play on the basketball idea of “creating space,” the unreleased collection promotes creativity. Each pair comprises vibrant colors, abstract patterns, and “blank spaces” begging for users to customize their Air Force 1‘s. The latest style favors a clean look that’s animated by hits of blue, green, and yellow. A semi-translucent, gradient outsole appears on the latest version of Kilgore’s 40-year-old design. Special logos at the spine, sockliner, tongue, and lace dubrae round out the shoes.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch soon.
