Four years ago today, Tiger Woods took home his fifth Master’s win and first major win in over 10 years. While plantar fasciitis forced the four-time PGA Tour Champion to withdraw from this year’s Masters Tournament, The Swoosh recently showcased its own plans for a revitalization of Tiger’s footwear in concert with his signature silhouette’s 10-year anniversary.
Following the first-ever retro treatment touching down on the TW ’13 “White/Black” in late February, the Tobie Hatfield green-ready design boasting Nike’s lauded Free technology returns in its original jet-black composition. Color-matching the pitch-dark midnight aesthetic across the Flywire support straps, tongue construction, quilted liner and midsole, seldom “Stealth” grey shades invigorate the mid-foot Swooshes sections of the tread underfoot. Illuminated by dipping its lace loops and various TW branding in “Varsity Red” hues, the removable performance-enhanced spikes below come additionally anchored in the reserved accent.
While the pair’s product page doesn’t ascertain any release date information aside from a $240 price tag, in the meantime enjoy official images of the Nike TW ’13 “Black/Varsity Red” below.
