University Blue Accents The Jordan MVP 678

University Blue Accents The Jordan MVP 678

While Jordan Brand’s hybrid silhouettes have often received a mixed bag of reviews, the brand may have struck a successful vein with the recent debut of the Jordan MVP 678. Fusing both contemporary designs with elements from the three silhouettes worn during MJ and the Bull’s first three-peat, the newly unveiled offering is now taking a dip in the banner’s more iconic colorways.

Following a duo of neutral outfits for the ladies, pitch-dark black shades consume the near entirety of the upper real estate dressed in a supple clad-nubuck construction. From the embroidered Jumpman insignia and OG Nike Air branding to the accents of the Air Jordan 6’s midsole, the synonymous mid-80s tint injects a titular flair within the gloomy ensemble while further illuminating the nylon liner, medial #23 and the heel’s multi-color overlay.

Release date information has yet to be confirmed, so in the meantime enjoy official imagery of the Jordan MVP 678 “University Blue” below.

In the realm of upcoming silhouettes from underneath the Jumpman banner, the Air Jordan 4 “Thunder” releases tomorrow, May 13th.
