“Photon Dust” Suede Takes Over The Nike Air Alpha Force 88

“Photon Dust” Suede Takes Over The Nike Air Alpha Force 88

The Nike Air Alpha Force 88 continues to flex its creative muscles.

Although the pair is set to return in its original white and red color scheme, it’s also emerged in handfuls of new styles. One such retro ensemble includes an all-new “Photon Dust” pair that’s covered in suede. Sidewall swooshes, lockdown straps at the vamp, tongues, and collar lining opt for a lighter grey hue, delivering some contrast to the upper. Vibrant orange enters the mix via the basketball logo on the tongue, referencing the sneaker’s performance past. Underfoot, the model once donned by Michael Jordan features a two-tone arrangement that sees the midsole boast an “aged” aesthetic. Lastly, the long-archived outsole takes on a dark grey color that complements the remainder of the Air Alpha Force 88.

Enjoy retailer photography of the shoes ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch.
