Jared Ebanks LeBron James may not be hooping in front of the World in his signature silhouettes for the next few months, yet The Swoosh remains fixated on delving out his on-court catalog’s final remaining colorways. Recently the efficiently priced Nike LeBron NXXT Gen dressed in a murky pitch-dark aesthetic for a versatile summer-ready ensemble.
Constructed for the next generation and his two eldest sons, the cost-effective model strays away from its typical assortment of titular hues in preference for a tonal black treatment. Everything from the engineered mesh upper to the tongue construction and midsole dawn the jet-black tint for an uninterrupted upper. Elsewhere, a seldom collection of crisp white hues illuminate the tongue branding and tread underfoot before attributing both the lateral’s secondary miniature Swoosh and the enlarged medial side Check. While the simplistic monochrome pairing could end there, a quick inclusion of “Medium Soft Pink” ties up the heel clip in a metaphorical bow.
The Nike LeBron NXXT Gen “Black/White” is currently available at WSS for a retail price of $160 via the store list below. As we await a larger release window, enjoy official imagery of the pair below.
In other news, the recurring “Lucky Green” hue from the past few seasons is now expected to dress an Air Jordan 5 for Spring 2024.
