The last few years have seen the Flimby, Cumbria-manufactured silhouette expand its reach, winning over enthusiasts in North America in particular. For its latest ensemble, the Made in U.K. offering has taken on a tonal off white finish that makes for a versatile pair. Everything from the upper’s premium leather to the industry-pushing Absorb cushioning underfoot opt for a muted color scheme. Trims on the leather panels revel a natural tan hue, but it’s unlikely the New Balance sneaker employs a wear-away upper. All together, the aforementioned components form a clean NB 991 that’s sure to win more fans over.
