Michael Le Summer has been pretty slow on the release front. But whereas June left much to be desired, July seems to mark a shift in the right direction.
Hot off the heels of a Shock Drop for one of the year’s most-anticipated Air Jordan 1s — namely, the “UNC Toe” — the entirety of the Swoosh is now delivering a drove of GR offerings. Nike proper has several on the way, from the multi-shoe “United in Victory” collection to the MJ-worn Air Alpha Force 88. They’ll also be joining up with Social Status, crafting a special, wearaway colorway of the newly-revived Mac Attack. Converse, too, has come out to play, teaming up with A-COLD-WALL for not one but two variations of the Chuck 70 Low.
While not quite as busy as the rest of the umbrella, Jordan Brand has plenty to get excited about. Alongside the WNBA-inspired Air Jordan 12 “Brilliant Orange,” the Jumpman will be releasing the Air Jordan 7 “Chambray” and the Jordan Tatum 1 “Old School.”
