Surfacing for the first time much earlier in the year, the Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Pro Club is the brand’s latest attempt at modernizing the ’70s icon. And while it hasn’t seen much action over the course of the last few months, the model now seems to be expanding its catalog in preparation for the Fall season.
For this newly-revealed colorway, Nike has seemingly borrowed from the Blazer Mid ’77 Pro Club’s past appearances. Here, the deconstructed look of the silhouette is highlighted in many a different shade. “Sail” sets the tone — coloring the leather, suede, and synthetic panels throughout the base — while black highlights the Swoosh and the innermost sections of the layered midsole. Orange stitching is then threaded onto the tooling’s extended bit of rubber, matching the branding adjacent all the while complementing the hits of olive and tan found along the heel tab and toe, respectively.
