Inspired by his “This Is My House!” tagline after hitting a game-winning one-legged three-pointer against the Bulls in 2009, the Way of Wade 1 assumes a tonal assortment of beige tones infused with a number of premium embellishments. Reconceptualized for the modern game with BOOM cushioning, the silhouette pairs rope laces and the clad-nubuck upper together for an extravagant juxtaposition to the pair’s court-ready appeal. Elsewhere, the heel counter comes emblazoned with “Hall of Fame” cured in cursive gold foil alongside the embossed year of 2023 while quotes from throughout Wade’s career ascertain the medial side of the tongue.
