Goodfight And Vault By Vans Rework The Mary Jane-Inspired Style 93 LX

The culmination of countless years experience working in and around fashion, LA-based menswear label Goodfight originally began their journey back in 2017. And while the team have achieved quite a bit since, they’ve yet to embark on their first-ever sneaker collaboration, though that’s to change soon thanks to none other than Vault By Vans.

While menswear is certainly the label’s expertise, Goodfight also purveys a selection of their favorite footwear, which, of course, includes staples from Vault By Vans. And though their relationship was formerly that of brand and stockist, the two are now taking the next step with their first-ever collaborative capsule. Alongside a host of apparel pieces — specifically, a letterman jacket, a satin camp collar shirt, and co-branded tees — the collection is comprised of not one but two colorways of the Style 93 LX. Originally released in 1994, said silhouette is akin to a pair of Mary Janes, a style deeply-rooted in the label’s DNA. Here, they’ve simply elevated its design, subtly reworking the upper all the while customizing it with detachable orchids.
