Whether he was a member of the Sixers, Suns, or Rockets, Charles Barkley spent the entirety of his career battling Michael Jordan. Joining up with his former close friend never really crossed his mind, but could you imagine the Bulls with the Round Mound of Rebound?
This upcoming Air Max CB ’94 displays that hypothetical in sneaker form, capturing a tumbled black leather exterior above a Gym Red base layer in suede. The ventilations on the upper reveal a white mesh layer, matching a full white midsole. This colorway is straight outta the 1990’s, but Nike actually dropped something like this back in 2010 — albeit with the materials swapped (black suede with red leather).
