“Light Marine” Animates The Air Jordan 38 “Fadeaway”

“Light Marine” Animates The Air Jordan 38 “Fadeaway”

The Air Jordan 38 has yet to find its footing, but the latest signature model for “His Airness” continues to emerge in new options for those interested in the pinnacle of performance basketball footwear.

Color schemes rooted in Chicago Bulls history and the FIBA tournament will soon be accompanied by a “Fadeway” ensemble. The Jumpman family hasn’t disclosed exactly why the “Light Marine,” “Astronomy Blue,” and “Royal Pulse” offering is nicknamed “Fadeaway,” but the pair expands the Air Jordan line’s catalog of hues. A spring-friendly combination of tones animate everything from the robust textile upper to the reworked X-plate underfoot, a detail inspired by the Air Jordan 8. Outsoles opt for a semi-translucent finish that exposes frozen yellow-colored Cushlon 3.0.

Enjoy a closer look at the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch on October 17th. The “Fadeaway” style is priced at $200 USD.
