Trae Young’s third signature silhouette is easily the most polarizing within the two-time All-Star’s on-court discography with the 3-Stripes, boasting an exaggerated, topographical BOOST midsole system that takes cues from the ridges of the Adilette 22. Ahead of the silhouette’s debut on the NBA hardwood, the adidas Trae Young 3 is dressed in a neutral cured “Ash Pearl” composition.

Curing the latter eye-catching sole unit in a clad swatch of tan, the earth-based tone is stretched upwards across the soft textile upper before surrounding the various eye stays and translucent 3-Stripes. The aforementioned tint acts as a colored mudguard for the pair, covering up the jet-black tongue, laces and inner heel construction with a digitized effect. Further pitch-dark appearances are rendered along the insoles, the porous heel counter and the duo of pull tabs that ease the entry into the mid-foot lockdown system.
