The adidas D.O.N. Issue #5 Enjoys A Vibrant Orange Outfit

Following a short delay, Donovan Mitchell’s fifth signature silhouette will officially release next Tuesday. Continuing the silhouette’s simplistic yet colorful introduction to the landscape, the D.O.N. Issue #5 now assumes a titular orange finish.

Much like its “Blue Sapphire” counterpart, the two-toned upper rests on a jet-black knit base layer and inner bootie construction while the surrounding ventilated overlay is stricken with a bright “Total Orange” treatment. While the latter tint consumes the tread entirely, the upper TPU and midsole achieve a striking orange-to-black gradient that concentrates in pitch-dark ambiguity along the heel. The forefoot’s oval detailing and medial mudguard additionally dress in colorless treatments while the vertical 3-Stripes whine in “Core White”.

The adidas D.O.N. Issue #5 “Orange/Black” is scheduled to release on October 24th for a retail price of $120. In the meantime, enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.

In other news, Travis Scott’s Jordan 1 Low Golf arrives on October 13th.
