The Air Jordan 1 Low “Yellow Ochre/Black” Arrives In January 2024

Enter Jordan Brand's 36 Chambers.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Yellow Ochre/Black” Arrives In January 2024

From the city of Pittsburgh’s three professional sports teams to the iconic Wu-Tang Clan, black and yellow color blockings have become a routine occurrence within Jordan Brand’s yearly release calendar. Whether it be through the Air Jordan 1’s “Pollen” treatments to the classic “Thunder” 4s, the Air Jordan 1 Low is now expanding the banner’s “Yellow Ochre” series.

In the midst of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG striking up its third yellow and black iteration in three years this coming Spring, the Beaverton brand is simultaneously imploring a low-top counterpart just a few months before. Much like its high-top inspiration, pitch-dark shades collect across the mudguard, tongue construction, laces and both the quarter and mid-foot panels before clarifying the heel’s embroidered winged insignia. What’s more, the vamp, profile swoosh, inner lining, collar, heel counter and tread are treated to the staple golden-yellow tint while a crisp white midsole illuminates the dominant two-toned proposition underfoot.

The Air Jordan 1 Low “Yellow Ochre” is expected to release in January 2024 for a retail price of $115. In the meantime, the pair can be seen ahead in official imagery.

For more from underneath the Jumpman banner, the “Cherry” 12s are releasing on October 28th.
