The Jordan Jumpman Pro launched the Jordan Brand’s first-ever game shoe in 1997. While few and far between, the mid-top model has increased its appearances following its 35th anniversary last year. Arriving in a seldom amount of outfits this past fall, the Beaverton brand looks to drape the late 90s solution in a vibrant “Varsity Maize” hue.
Embracing a more vibrant shade of the hue synonymous with the Dunk High’s “Iowa” colorway from the Be True to Your School series, the Jumpman relic explores a color blocking akin to the Jordan 13 “Del Sol” from the spring of 2022. Contrasting the pure white forefoot, the quarter and heel counter’s singular overlay injects the upper and tongue with the titular mustard hue. Accented by crisp white laces, Jumpman logos and midsoles, the uppermost eyelet, insoles and tread conclude the monochrome backdrop with a jet-black finish.
Release details haven’t been shared just yet. In the meantime, the Jordan Jumpman Pro “Varsity Maize” can be seen ahead in detailed imagery.
For more from underneath the Jumpman umbrella, the SoleFly Jordan 8 releases on December 8th.
