The adidas D.O.N. Issue 5 is back in bright neons.

Donovan Mitchell’s Fifth Signature Shoe Continues Its Run In “Lucid Lemon”

Donovan Mitchell has quickly become a critical member of the adidas Basketball roster, joining James Harden and Dame Lillard among active three stripes athletes who boast at least five signature shoes. While Mitchell and the Cleveland Cavaliers enjoy a hot stretch going into the midpoint of the NBA season, the potential five-time All-Star simultaneously celebrates the continued rollout of the D.O.N. Issue #5.

The latest Issue #5 delivery wears a vibrant “Lucid Lemon” colorway, spotted for the first time in a 2023 preview that boasted a variety of neon iterations. A yellow/green gradient encompasses the entirety of this shoe, the hue varying slightly as you go from heel to toe and then down into the sole unit. The rest of the shoe appears in black, allowing the loud color to shine through uninterrupted.

No release date has been set, but look for these to hit the adidas site soon as more basketball offerings surface ahead of All-Star festivities next month.

In related news, while the D.O.N. Issue #5 is still only months old, we’ve already been graced with an early look at Spida’s D.O.N. Issue #6 slated for later this year.
