Staple Pigeon Celebrates “The Year Of The Dragon” With Puma Collection

Jeff Staple’s Pigeon label has amassed a large catalog of sneaker collaborations, working with numerous brands throughout the better part of two decades following the debut of the iconic Pigeon Nike Dunk.

Recently, Staple Pigeon has taken on a number of collaborative efforts with Puma, producing a variety of Suede Classic and Slipstream colorways that continue to channel the brand’s New York City origins. Now, the duo is set to present these two silhouettes as part of a Chinese New Year collection in anticipation for the “Year Of The Dragon” next month.

The standout feature of the collection pertains to its use of retro Staple Pigeon branding, a throwback to the brand’s original “S” logo modified with dragon-inspired flare. Both shoes are treated to a light and dark colorway, with Staple Pigeon’s traditional palette of black, gray, and pink present throughout.

The pack is anticipated to release alongside Chinese New Year Staple apparel in February. In the meantime, enjoy official images below.
