The Nike Air Max Plus Drift Is Ready For The “All Day” Grind

The enhanced 1998 model appears in a lively colorway.

The Nike Air Max Plus Drift Is Ready For The “All Day” Grind

1998’s Air Max Plus is informing much of 2024’s Air Max initiatives like the all-new Air Max Dn and the updated Air Max Plus Drift, and if it’ll be the year of Tuned for Nike, they’re already off to a great start.

This updated take on the Tuned 1, marked by an external cage inspired by Sean McDowell’s original design, appears in this energizing new colorway we can liken to the “All Day” colorway of the Air Max Dn. A punchy pink pairs up with black to create that day-to-night aesthetic, while touches of university gold and purple added that Tuned Air touch that was evident in the model’s earliest releases. Unifying the launch colors is a shrewd way to increase excitement around new models, although this version is set to drop well before Nike’s Air Max Day 2024 plans.

If you’re looking to add this Air Max Plus Drift to your rotation, a release date is currently scheduled for February 15th for $185; stay tuned for the official drop and check out the official details below.
