Andrew Rizzo Vanessa Bryant has revealed a number of Kobe 6 PEs in recent days, now joined by a Dodgers colorway featuring LA’s signature shade of blue along with baseball-inspired stitching on the tongue.
Kobe’s love for the Dodgers is well documented, running deep enough that he actually helped recruit LA newcomer Shohei Ohtani to the team this offseason with a pre-recorded video from 2017, the year before Ohtani would ultimately enter the league. Although maybe not the same pair pictured, the PEs were also worn by Kobe’s eldest daughter Natalia Bryant at the Dodgers’ annual “Lakers Night” last season, brought out to the mound for Natalia’s ceremonial first pitch.
The Kobe 6 “Dodgers” PE isn’t expected to release, but offers a heartfelt ode to Kobe Bryant’s memory.
