The adidas ClimaCool Vento 3.0 Is The Franchise’s Most Breathable Yet

The adidas ClimaCool Vento 3.0 Is The Franchise’s Most Breathable Yet

When discussing the boom of 2000s era retro tech running shoes, the ClimaCool franchise by adidas has to be mentioned. Prized for its ultra-breathable and mega-lightweight properties, the ClimaCool models have always aimed to over-deliver on both fronts as running shoe demands continued to shift in that direction.

Debuting as part of adidas Sportswear China’s Spring/Summer 2024 product range, the ClimaCool Vento 3.0 is touted as the most breathable in the ClimaCool franchise history, boasting more vents than any of its predecessors. In fact, the airy mesh vents cover the shoe in a 360-degree manner, while full-length BOOST cushioning embedded in the sole offers that unparalleled comfort. The design is said to be inspired by the bionics of a jellyfish, evident in the anatomical shape of the upper.

The midsole of the ClimaCool Vento 3.0 sticks to the trend of exaggerated dimensions, creating that wide-body look and feel that persists in today’s footwear fashion trends on a global level. Again, the shoes are available right now in adidas China, so stay tuned for further details regarding a potential stateside drop.
